We got off to an early start. By 10:10 am we were already in Amsterdam, parked and looking for something to do. First thing on the agenda was to orient ourselves, find a good boat to get to places fast and to find a place to have a breakfast. We are quite impressed because the forecast called for rain in the morning and so far it appears to be quite sunny and warm. I AM sterdam is the phrase for Amsterdam, Only Lyon for Lyon and C OPEN hagen for Copenhagen – very interesting way of marketing the cities.
Catchy slogan. I bet you have to be up early to photograph it without a dozen tourists. I’m glad you had some blue sky to start the day – I hope you have lots more in France!
Same here so far we are two for two for rain but yesterday was a beautiful day.
