German National Museum

After dinner and ice cream we decided to go by and see the German National Museum in Nuremberg,  which is exactly at the opposite end of the Old Town.  A nice stroll through the old town, on a beautiful February evening. There are almost 1.2 million articles in the museum which was started in 1852.   The entrance to the museum is lined with the 30 pillars inscribed with the universal declaration of the Human Rights called the Way of the Human Rights, a monument for which Nuremberg received international recognition.
