It is now 7:30 pm and this concludes our exploration of Metz for today.  We have seen most of the historic city, we have been shopping twice, we have been to the hotel to relax twice and we sat down for a small coffee break, some crapes and a drink.  Metz is very small, about 120K people live here, yet it has so much to offer.  It has an amazing history, great buildings, wonderful parks and some serious shopping.  We did not plan to do a lot of shopping but – well we did.
